Injection Pump Core Policy Page

Pump: Core SENT in first:

Print out the Core Submission Form and fill it out completely, and enclose it in the box with your part.

Please ship your core within 7 days of purchasing your product to:

Please watch this video before sending your core. 

 Please remove: brass return fitting on top of the pump. Your pump should look like the one in the video.

On outside of box you must write: Shopify Invoice number and “Core Return”.

In the box with your core, enclose: your full name, mailing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and Shopify invoice number.

Cores received without this information will not receive purchased product until customer calls to identify received core.

The core must have all its parts and not be seized or broken for full credit to apply.

Once your core is received and validated, your pump will ship.

If your core is deemed unusable, you will be contacted by email ASAP.  Print out the Core Submission Form and fill it out completely, and enclose it in the box with your part.

Please ship your core within 15 days of receiving your product.

The core must have all its parts and not be seized or broken for full credit to apply.

Please return the core in the box provided WITH the packing slip being provided.

Attach the Yellow Tag to the core.

Products returned without the proper documentation will not get full credit.

Once your core is received and validated, a core refund check will be mailed to you.

If core is not received by the due date, partial or no refund will be given depending on date of receipt. Call if you have extra requirements. 717-806-5561.
